ESL / Multilingual Language Learners

In Grand Erie schools, newcomers to Canada can develop English-language skills and prepare for Canadian citizenship.

Our Welcome Centres are here to help newcomers access our school system and the learning opportunities we can provide. We offer English as a Second Language (ESL) and Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) classes. You can also prepare for Canadian citizenship with a course that will help you better understand Canada’s history, culture, and society.
