About the program
The Ontario School Transcript (OST) provides a comprehensive record of a student’s overall achievement and lists the credits that a secondary school student has earned towards fulfillment of the requirements for the graduation diploma. Former students of Grand Erie schools can obtain a copy of their transcript of marks.
Please note that delivery of mail by Canada Post cannot always be guaranteed to meet a personal deadline. Please provide sufficient time to receive your document(s) by making your request well ahead of your deadline.
A fee only applies to applicants who have left school more than 10 years ago due to a potential extensive search. We do not accept personal cheques (certified only). The cost to provide three copies of a transcript or school record is $24.00 payable by certified cheque or money order to Grand Erie Learning Alternatives. We also accept credit or debit card (in person) or e-transfer to s-geb@granderie.ca
If someone other than yourself is paying for your request by e-transfer, please provide the name of that person so we can match the payment to your request. For all persons who left school less than 10 years ago, please contact the school you last attended for your records.

If you attended high school less than 10 years ago, please contact the school you attended to receive a copy of your transcript or records.
Graduates/Former Attendees - Over 10 Years After Departure
If you attended high school more than 10 years ago, your records have been archived at our 365 Rawdon Street location. You can request your transcript or records by downloading the above request form and mailing it in with a copy of your identification (driver’s license, passport, Canadian Citizenship card or birth certificate) to:

You will receive three copies for a fee of $24.00.
You can choose to pay by e-transfer using email address: s-geb@granderie.ca or in-person using debit or credit card. If you choose to pay using cash, debit or credit charge, you may come into the main office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
For an additional $5.00, you may receive up to 3 more copies.
