When it came to the  Ed O’Leary Memorial Award as Brant County’s top female high school student athlete, Sydney Kipp had her eyes on the prize.

Kipp, a Grade 12 student at Paris District High School, had heard about the award at a previous sports banquet and it piqued her interest. Recently she was honoured as a co-winner of the award along with Assumption College’s Danika Whipple.
